4. How do I refill my lighter?

Our refillable products can easily be refilled with Ronson branded accessories and fuel, click here.

1. Do you support products purchased second hand, through consignment or non-authorized retailers?

No, we do not support products purchased second-hand, through consignment or non-authorized retailers in anyway.

2. Where can I purchase authentic Ronson products?

Authentic Ronson products are available for sale on our website ( and through our authorized distirbutors.

Please note, we do not sell merchandise through individuals, street vendors, flea markets, unauthorized retail locations/websites, or at second hand / consignment stores. If you buy an alleged Ronson product through an non-authorized dealer, you could be purchasing a counterfeit.

3. How do I make sure I am not purchasing a counterfeit product?

The only way to know you are purchasing a true Ronson product is to purchase from either our website - - or one of the retailers who acquired Ronson's prodcuts through our authorized distributors.

Just like many other sought after brands, counterfeit Ronson products are being produced and marketed on a frequent basis. While the items may mirror the look and feel of our products, they are fake and do not meet our standards. We do not support these products in anyway.

2. What is the importance of buying from an Authorized Retailer?

Purchasing from an Authorized Ronson Retailer ensures you are getting an authentic Ronson product that meets our rigorous quality and safety standards. In addition, Ronson product warranties are only honored when the product is purchased through an Authorized Ronson retailer.

3. Can Ronson ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO?

Currently we cannot ship to P.O. Box, FPO/APO shipping addresses.

4. When will I receive the products I ordered on the Ronson website?

All orders are shipped via standard shipping and will take 7 to 10 business days from time the order is placed.

5. How can I track the status an order placed on the Ronson website?

Check your order status even if you are not a registered user by clicking on Order Status. You will need to provide your order number and billing zip code. An order confirmation email will be sent once your order has been received.

6. What payment methods does Ronson accept?

We currently accept PayPal. You will be required to provide your PayPal account details and all relevant details as required by PayPal.

7. How do I return a product purchased on the Ronson website?

Ronson Products purchased on our website may be returned within 60 days from the shipping date. Items must be unused and returned in their original package. Style Sets and Bundles must be returned as a complete group.

For any return, contact our Customer Care team via Contact Us to initiate the return.

8. How long will my refund take?

Once we process your return, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Credit card companies vary on the amount of time it takes to display the refund on your statement, but generally it takes 1 - 2 billing cycles.

9. Does Ronson offer price adjustments?

We hope you find that our expertly designed products are consistently offered at excellent values for you and your family. We do not offer price adjustments.

1. Can I change my account settings?

Yes, you may edit your account information including credit card information, billing and shipping address, as well as modify your wish list and change your password. Go to My Account and select the field you wish to add, edit, or delete, then click apply to make your.

2. What if I forget my password?

Please go to My Account and click the Forgot Your Password link. A Reset Password window will open and prompt you to enter the email address associated with your account. We'll send you a link to reset your password to that email address.

3. When will my account be charged?

The payment amount is authorized and held by your financial institution at the time you place your order. Your account is only charged when your order ships.

Please note: authorized and hold amounts will not be available for other purchases. If an order is cancelled, the authorization hold will expire in accordance with the terms of your bank or financial institution.

1. What is the Ronson Warranty?

The Ronson Warranty is built upon the expectation that when you purchase a lighter from or an authorized retailer, you receive a guarantee of quality, engineered to withstand years of use. If, during the warranty period of use, you find any defect in material or workmanship, or the product should fail to function with proper use and care, we will gladly repair or replace it. 2. What products are eligible for the Ronson Warranty?

Currently all of our Heritage Lighters can be registered for our Warranty that are within 60 days of purchase or within 60 days of receipt as a gift.

3. How do I activate the Warranty?

Simply register your product online within 60 days of purchase or within 60 days of receipt as a gift. When registering you will need to provide:

  • Your contact information (full name, address, telephone number, email address)
  • Purchase Details including an image of the receipt
  • Product Type
  • 4. Who can register for the Ronson Warranty?

    The Ronson Warranty is valid for the original purchaser or gift recipient of a Ronson product. The Ronson Warranty is non-transferable.

    5. Who accepts the Ronson Warranty?

    The Ronson Warranty is recognized by Ronson Authorized Service Centre/Service Agent anywhere in the world. To find an authorized service center click here.

    6. How long is the warranty?

    Your Ronson Heritage product is warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects for two years as long as you are the original owner. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and is valid on products operated under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions.

    7. What does the warranty cover?

    Our warranty covers manufacturer defects as long as you are the original owner of the product under normal use and under compliance with the operating instructions. The warranty does not cover claims and damages from:

    Normal wear and tear
    Improper assembly
    Improper follow-up maintenance
    Damages caused by installation of non Ronson components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the product as sold
    Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect – including but not limited to airline, elevator, escalator, or damages resulting from car accidents
    Damage to moving components due to extreme environmental conditions, including sand, gravel, snow, mud or off-road driving
    Corrosion or rust due to extreme environmental conditions, including high humidity, salt spray, ice or snow
    Modification or alteration of product in any way
    Products purchased from an unauthorised retailer or source
    Repairs carried out by an unauthorised third party
    Shipping costs
    Third party parts or accessories
    Air transportation or freight damage
    Product dissatisfaction
    Any product other than Ronson Heritage and Home Lighters

    8. What do I do if there is something wrong with my product after my warranty has expired ?

    Contact customer care with the following information and we can guide you to a solution: Your contact information (full name, address, telephone number, email address)

  • Description of what is wrong
  • A digital image illustrating the issue
  • 9. How do I make a claim if I am experiencing issues covered by the warranty?

    If you are experiencing issues covered by the warranty, please CONTACT US. You will need to provide:

  • Your contact information (full name, address, telephone number, email address)
  • Product code
  • Product name
  • Description and image(s) of what is wrong
  • The Ronson Warranty Registration or Proof of purchase (i.e. copy of the store receipt, gift receipt or evidence of place of purchase with date of purchase). Please note that items without Proof of Purchase are not covered under the warranty.
  • 10. How will you use my personal details provided on the Ronson Warranty registration form?

    Ronson values your privacy and will not sell or make available your name or contact information to any third party. The personal information we gather will be used to confirm that your product is registered when you contact an Authorized Service Centre/Service Agent. Your information also assists Ronson to design better products and services, as well as to provide you with timely information on new products or notify you if there is a safety issue with your product.

    1. Should I repair my lighter?

    We do not recommend for you to repair you own lighter.

    2. What should I do if my Heritage lighter needs repair?

    Visit our Authorized Service Centre to find the nearest location to service your lighter.

    You may also CONTACT US for assistance in locating an Authorized Service Centre.

    3. How long will my repair take?

    The repair time at an Authorized Service Centre/Service Agent is usually 7-10 business days. Should your repair require ordering special parts then it can take 10-15 business days. Please consult your Authorized Service Centre/Service Agent to determine availability and timeframe for delivery.

    4. Where can I get my lighter repaired?

    All repairs require the attendance of an approved Ronson Service Agent. click here to locate your nearest Authorized Service Centre.

    5. What parts on my lighter can I replace?

    In general customers can replace flints and refill fuel only.
